Location is full of nature. But resort rooms and bathrooms, sports equipment are in shabby condition. Staff is polite but forcing to close at 11pm compulsory. If possible, choose other options.

Located near Panshet Dam waters, this establishment offers an indoor game room and an outdoor playground. While there is no swimming pool.The food, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, was delightful. The atmosphere is serene, making it a tranquil retreat.

We with family members of 7 persons including childrens in the age group of 10 to 17,stayed at the resort for overnite stay. Ambience, Food quality as well courtesy extended during our stay was very nice.The treatment we recd. Was with lots of affection & in a day we become very close to each other. Overall very enjoyable stay & i urge that one should definately enjoy this weekend stay.

A Pleasure Experience of staying at the Farm. The Environment & Surroundings is very Beautiful, we had a lots of Fun over there. Enjoyed Most in Game Zone & Seating on Stairs near Dam Water. It's a Wonderful Place to spent time. The place is too Peaceful & Relaxing.

It's a beautiful place situated in ghats. Driving on those narrow bends in the hills is a thrill itself.Serenely peaceful and a vast view to the backwater, you do not feel the urge to look at your watch. Neatly maintained and secured this place has a homely vibe.Lot of activities and space for kids to be occupied. The food and the hospitality is wholesome. One can't have enough of this place!
